The brother-sister duo presented a combined Sunday school program to highlight the importance of caring for all of God s creation.

One More Generation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of endangered species and the environment. The organization aims to raise awareness about pollution and its effects on animals, humans and the environment. With the assistance of various agencies around the world, they work to provide species listed as endangered or on the threatened list with resources needed to ensure their survival.

During the church program, the Ries family led the church in creative conversation. The children and youth made birdhouses from milk cartons and acorns to serve as table centerpieces for the event. Youth also served a pancake breakfast, and the day s bulletins were printed on special wheat fiber paper.
